I just wanted to know if there is a drive mode that you can set in a 2022 GMC Yukon SLT that automatically engages engine braking when going downhill so that L- or L+ will not be applied, Thanks.
I have a 2022 Sierra SLT with the 10 speed. I did a goodly bit of driving in the Virginia mountains back in November and found leaving it in full auto did a somewhat good job all on its own. It tries. Is it perfect? No. The grades in Virginia are not harsh though.
Going to manual mode in a specific gear, I hear you… not necessarily my preference but it will work.
Thanks 🙂
