Does anyone know when I will be getting the missing chips (heated seats, heated steering wheel, backup warning) for my 2022 Blazer Premier?

Purchased my 2022 Blazer Premier 7 months ago on March 29, 2022. Still waiting on my chips for heated/ventilated front seats and heated rear seats. Been in to the dealership multiple times and they offer no help. Very frustrating that GM hasn’t sent some kind of communication about when to expect when the chip modules will be shipped. Regretting this purchase. Should have gone with the Acura RDX.

I agree completely. The lack of communication just makes the issue much worse. Come on GM. You can do better!!!

Bought my Blazer in Feb 2022. Getting nothing but run around and every person tells a different story. So frustrated ready to sell and buy a different car which won’t be a Chevy. Love the car but specific things we wanted and promised the chip by late summer and here we are in the cold months and no chip.

Good News! The Chip modules are now available. Go to chevrolet.com and login to your account (Create an account if you don’t have one set up). It will show that there is a ReCall based on your VIN and will show a status of INCOMPLETE. Simply go to your Chevy Dealership and they will order the parts and set up a service appointment. You don’t need a letter from GM to do this. Did mine this morning 11/19 and they ordered the parts and scheduled me to install 11/28.

Based on posts above, my husband and I both called on 11/9 about the missing chips. They told us 3 days to 6 weeks to get the chips, and wouldn’t set up install till chips received. So disappointed. Vehicles purchased in Jan 22 and Feb 22.

Man, I cant believe how dealers are giving you the customer the run around. These chips have been available for couple of months now. I do believe one of the part numbers is now back order due to supply. If one of you would post you VIN I’ll be glad to get you the bulletin number and the part number for your vehicle

Parts man, I went to the site and it says “There are no recalls or programs associated with your 2022 GMC Sierra 2500”
We purchased this in February and were told that the sensors would probably be available in April or May. I am going to the dealership tomorrow (Dec. 5th) and would really appreciate having the bulletin and parts number to show them. If this doesn’t happen, I realize this is short notice and that you are doing this out of the goodness of your heart Thanks!

Valhorne, the bulletin number for you truck is N212354522, front seat module 13535222, rear seat if you have rear seat heater is part number 13536325. Take it to your dealer and tell them to do their job.

Thank you, I appreciate this more than you know! Even if I get no results, at least I can stir the pot and hopefully they will get tired of it and complain to their regional managers or whoever it is they have to answer to.
