I got my 2021 Silverado 1500 LT aligned about 3 weeks ago and since then, when I turn my steering wheel any further than 75% rotation and go forward, I hear a small thunk/click in the front end when I turn to the right. This was not an issue before I got it aligned and I believe the sound comes from the right side. I think it may possibly be the upper ball joint? I just took my truck back to the Chevy dealership where I got it aligned and they were not able to find any issues with it. The dealership offered to run diagnostics on it for a few days but I wanted to see if anyone here has experienced the same/a similar issue.
