I’ve looked around but I can’t seem to find an answer to these two areas….and was hoping that perhaps someone knows something about this.

      Oh – for reference…this is with regards to a 2020 Sierra 1500 AT4 6.2…Thanks!

      1. 12V Cycle w/ Door Open or Close
Every time I open or close the driver or front passenger side door, it seems that the accessories that I have plugged in (12V plug in the front & rear) shuts off and then back on. Is there a way to disable this without having to hard-wire the accessories I have plugged in? Things like my dash-cam and emergency lights that I have are affected by this power cycling feature.

      2. Disabling extended auto engine shutoff.
I’ve seen the article on GMAuthority about how to disable this stupid feature in Yukons and Tahoes but clearly this doesnt work on a Sierra. I’ve been having to put my truck in Neutral and rely on the electronic parking brake to keep the truck parked so that the truck remains on. As an EMT, sometimes I am on the side of the interstate or highway with my emergency lights on and I can’t have this dumb feature turning off the engine after 20 minutes on the side of the road.

Part 2 of the extended auto off….living in the northern tundra where some days are -30F and averaging -10F…I would also like my truck to remain on with the heater on and not auto shutoff in 20 minutes.

Seriously considering selling my truck and buying a model from a few years ago or a different manufacturer where all these SaFeTy FeAtUrEs were either not available or was up to the driver to turn on/off.

See Autostopeliminator.com for disabling the auto stop feature.
