Hey guys,
I baught a 2020 Colorado in January and I love it. Up until a couple months ago my android auto stopped working…. I can still use my phone for music and calling, but I can’t use it on my screen in the truck for listening or sending texts, GPS, all the fun extra apps or features……
The guys at the dealership said it is not their problem it is an app problem…..
So my questions are this,
Has anyone had this problem before ?
And if it is an app problem and they do not figure it out, how do I complain to GM so they can realize they are advertising a product in their vehicles, that require you to download android auto to use a lot of the features without buying an iPhone to us the apple play app instead ?
I didn’t buy a new truck to get screwed around and can’t use all the cool new features, either GM needs to work with this app to get it working for their customers, or they need to come up with a system update and get rid of the non reliable app and up load a new way for us to use these cool features the truck has to offer.
Otherwise I would HIGHLY recommend no one buys a GM vehicle that requires that app for your Andriy cause you will be disappointed….
I have friends with the new Toyota’s and they do not require this app to use their GPS and such……
PLEASSSEEEE HELP !
