Dear Forums,
This morning i realized that when backing up my 2020 Chevy Spark LT, i get the following error message: Service Vision system.
This does not indicate Rear or Front but just Service Vision System.
I purchased my spark as a second hand car and now i am getting this. My problem is, that i don’t know if an update has been performed or executed because i have my spark connected over Wifi, but the minutes that it is connected to my wifi will not be sufficient(hope so) to download any updates.
I have read on a couple of forums posts that it may be a corrupted firmware, but i also ready if the firmware is corrupted a lot of other functions don’t work, but to my knowledge everything is working accordingly but not the rear camera when reversing.
I already checked the fuse, don’t looked burnt.
Camera was working yesterday, so my hopes are that it can’t be the camera.
Any thoughts or opinions on this?
-Also need help with this issue-
I purchased mine (2020 Chevy Spark) new back in 2021 and have been experiencing this issue a lot lately also. The camera is fickle on if it will or will not work, if it doesn’t it either goes straight to the black screen with the message or has some sort of varying distortion.
I have had no clue it is even capable of connecting to wifi, I’ll have to look into that regardless incase any updates are needed.
