We have been experiencing total power loss. The vehicle might cut out while driving or might not start. When you try to boost to start sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. It is intermittent. We were stopped at the traffic lights and the vehicle cut out when the light turned green. There was total power loss, the locks remaining engaged so were flush with the panel and would not unlock, so we could not open the door and even our emergency flashers would not come on. We were trapped like that for about 5 mins when finally the vehicle just started. We drove home and it died again as soon as we got in the driveway. Luckily this time we had left the window fully open after it restarted. Each time something worse happens and it’s at the point now we are scared to drive it. We have replaced the power converter approximately 6 weeks ago, and 3 weeks ago we replaced the battery. No codes are ever showing up at the dealer, yet I am getting onstar warnings. Now we’re being told the rear windshield wiper motor is gone and causing the issue. Is this possible? I refuse to put anymore money into the vehicle and am scared to drive it. We have lost power and had it cut out while driving on the highway.
