Complaints corrected for Known “shudder” in my 2019 Canyon 8 speed transmission, Problem in shop for 37 days due to parts issues and mechanic availability.
NOW jerks in some gears especially at above 60 mph. Part “valve body” on back order. Without vehicle now 3 weeks.
These are known transmission issues, what’s wrong with GMC supply chain?
The supply chain is horrible. One GM parts warehouse had openings for 20 personal and was able to fill just 4 sports. If you give me the last 8 of your VIN I try and get you some type of a update..

Well, the news, the source is currently experiencing production issues due to a component shortage and there is no estimate time for resolution. The current build is just enough to cover current spac cases.
SPAC case is a priority order so make sure your dealer has a case on your part.
Sorry I dont have better news.
Finally got a call from GM service, part has arrived, may get truck back next week. I hope this ends my transmission problems! Cannot believe I wasn’t offered some alternate transportation during this long wait!
