2017 Volt – ACC "Delayed Availability"?

      I have been ready to order a 2017 Volt since they were announced, but the dealer still can’t place the order with Advanced Cruise Control. Does anyone know why ACC is still on “Delayed Availability”? The dealer certainly doesn’t.

      On the other hand, the Tesla 3 will be announced next week…..
