So I just got my car back (2016 Yukon XL Denali 6.2L) from the GMC dealer here after having a shudder problem. They flushed the trans and replaced the fluid using a Valvoline flush kit (2 part, cleaner then conditioner) and refilled trans with valvoline trans oil. My issue is that I thought they would use the Mobil 1 synthetic that GM recommended in 2019 to fix the problem. Wondering if I missed something in between??
