I have a 2016 Suburban 1500, LT, 4 wheel drive, 55k miles – I’m having a problem with it idling rough. In gear at a stop light you can really feel it. I’ve had it into the Chevy dealer several times and they say no codes and everything seems good?
Is anyone experiencing this issue or have any ideas?
Thanks
Yep. My 2018 has been like that since new. Dealer replaced motor mounts under TSB. It helped but I couldnt take it anymore so I got a Diablo Sport Tuner and raised the idle 100 RPM while in drive. Smooth as butter
Yes, the rough idle is driving my nuts 🙂 !
Thank you for your response, I’ll try it!
There are multiple issues that cause this. I’d take it back to the dealer and tell them to preform a AFIT test on the fuel system. These are known for leaky fuel injectiors or high pressure fuel pumps. Or a worn cam lobe ive seen that not t how any codes also. Ive replaced lots that weren’t throwing any codes or showing misfires in the misfire data that fixed the problem.
