Does anyone have accurate information whether there will be a 2500 version of the Suburban in 2015? I have contacted 3 dealers and received different responses from all 3. One said they will be available after the 1500 rollout (similar to how the 2500 Silverado Pickups are rolling out), another said they are not sure and the last one said an outright No.
Wanted to upgrade this year to a new one but need the extra chassis/suspension support to also plow a 900′ driveway and don’t want to void the factory warranty by putting it on a 1500. Thanks.

When they unveiled 2015 Suburban, some journalist asked a GM rep. if there will be a 2500 version, and she said no. Sad, no Avalanche and no 2500 Burban, that 4.5 Duramax would be Ideal for this vehicle. GMT-900 Suburban actually had GMT-800 Chassis, So I figure it got too old, and with new CAFE requirements, they probably won’t offer another 2500 version.
