I have a 2015 Z51 Stingray and just came home from Bowling Green and we hit some rain when suddenly my dashboard lights which I keep at the brightest level went so dim I could not read any of the gauges it was so dim. Than suddenly an hour or so later the lights on the dash came back at the bright lever I keep it at. Anyone had this problem or maybe has an answer to it? It happened many times on the way home and it’s aggravating with only 5,000 miles on the car. Thanks for any help.

I have a 14′ Stingray with 5,000 miles on it and the exact same thing happens with my dashboard lights. It doesn’t matter if it is raining or not, suddenly they go out and you can’t see anything on the dash and than maybe half hour to a couple hours later it will finally come on bright and clear. Haven’t taken it to the dealer cuz as we know it will not do it than and you cannot predict when it will do it. If you find out anything please post. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

I have a 2015 Z06 and at times my dash lights can not be adjusted brighter. I believe the problem is in the switch because sometimes when I turn it the dash lights flicker. This is just a guess. I have not taken it to a dealer yet because they are mostly just guessing and will give you any answer that pops into their heads. I know this to be fact because of answers they have given me before and after I purchased my Z06. I will wait awhile until I can get a set of books for my Z06. The books will be out in September I am told. Hopefully someone smarter than I or when i get books there will be an answer there to figure the problem out.
