My vehicle was in a wreck. I wanted to see the frame repair but was done on a Saturday when they were conveniently closed. The impact was in the drive side front corner panel. I was advised they had to bend the frame 4 inches back the other direction. Is this acceptable even if they get the car back to allegedly proper specs? While they fix the broken parts how do you know the rest of the front joints are not altered. Just be cause they get it aligned how will I know the joints are not out of whack? How are they tested? Is their a guide or way to determine the point where it was pulled back is not substantially weaker. I know its a hydro-formed frame. Where do I look for specs and how to evaluate.
