2014 Chevrolet Impala MyLink radio favorites grayed out

      I’m having an issue on my ’14 Impala’s radio where I set a favorite but then it is grayed out. Then it will not allow me to select that station. If I change this grayed out favorite to a new station it does the same thing. Any advice on this issue?

      Sounds like a bug. Can you perform a system reset and see if the same behavior persists?

      The reset can be found in settings.
