I have a 2014 Cadillac SRX and it’s seems to be one problem after another. First issue the cue screen. I have replaced it 3 times since I bought it. There has to be something Cadillac can do to stop this defective part. When this part goes you might as well be content with whatever settings you had before it decided to separate. Second issue the headlights are so bad I’m scared to drive at night. I have taken it to the dealership and they say they are as high as they can set them. Third issue is Electrical All the lights flicker and do not just stay on. Forth issue the way the tailgate is on made on the srx the water runs into places it shouldn’t. I have had to replace all the parts that open and shut my tailgate. They were coated in rust. Fiifth issue is the carrying weight issue. I bought the car so could travel with my boxer. But with a 90 pound dog and a suitcase that weighed 40 made it feel overweighted and dragging like my transmission was straining to pull the weight. With a total weight of the dog suitcase and me it was 260. It’s an suv. It sure be able to carry at least 4 people to 5 people and some things in the back. But it acts stupid. I was so excited when I bought this car for my birthday but if I would have known then what I know not I wouldn’t have given it a second look. I bought it because of the Cadillac reputation. I’m tired of fixing things over and over and other things Cadillac ignores. Like the cue screen and the headlights. So I travel without navigation music or strings to control the airflow etc. Before anyone says something. I have been to dealership with every issue. It’s we can’t do anything about it. Heads stuck in the sand and crickets. Cadillac is losing their following because other brands are willing to fix their mistakes. I wish Cadillac would fix mind because I really did like my car when it worked right
