Our 2013 SRX touch screen is frozen. Heard about a class action lawsuit, but it seems that is for 2020 or so GM cars. Any advice?
Good luck. I have a 2015 SRX with the same problem even after replacing the touch screen. The touch screen leaked gel onto the computer board and now it has to be replaced at about another 1700.00 dollars. There is still a class action suit out there but if it is ever resolved who knows. This is a huge safety issue in my books since you have to fumble around to try and get other things to work since the screen isn’t availbale. I have talked with the dealership, contacted infotianment.com and my warranty company and just get the run around. The parts to fix it are very limited since it is in such demand because of the screen issues. Cadi says there is no ETA on getting replacement units.
