Last year I had a drivers side actuator go bad. Almost a year to the day I have another one going bad, but this one is really strange. I can just open the car door (car isn’t running) and it starts. Or just unlocking the car door will make it start. I thought these were electrical, does that mean I now have an electrical issue? GM hasn’t done a recall here in Canada on this, I guess they figure everyone who can’t DIY can actually afford $600 to $700 CAD to get it repaired. I’m told there are 7 of these in my car and I’m on a fixed income. Right now I’m more worried about an electrical issue than the actuator. Hopefully someone can answer my question. Thanks in advance.
