Hello Everyone,
I am new to Chevy and new to this forum. I love the Equinox so far. I apologize if this questions has been asked and answered. I think I resolved my first question of the system not recognizing my stored names to make a phone call. Chevy advised me I could store up to 30 names and numbers. My next question, does anyone know of a way or is there a way to change the background on the screen display? Thank you in advance.

To answer your question: it’s not possible to change the background of the display. However, you should be able to change the “theme” that changes the general color scheme of the display.
Also, regarding the storing of phone numbers: yes, the OnStar system can locally store 30 names/numbers. But if you are pairing your phone via Bluetooth, then it will synchronize the names/numbers from your phone.
