2007 2500HD alternator went out now no chimes

I have a 2007 2500HD 6.0 Gas truck that has a electrical issue, The alternator went out in it and I replaced it, I disconnected the battery when I did and had no issues replacing it. When I started the truck again after the install was complete I noticed that I have no chimes or audible warnings. I can open the door with the key in it and it makes no sound. When I start to run low on fuel it doesn’t make a sound. Also, I now have to manually turn my radio(aftermarket) off when I get out of the truck, it will not turn off when the truck is off and door is opened. The steering controls for the radio also do not work or do not work correctly. All my other controls work. The dome light comes on when the doors are open and the dash display tells me the door is open. Everything was working correctly before the alternator went out. What should I check next.
