I have a 2006 Chevy Tahoe. There are two 12 V outlets on the console. The 12v outlet on the right in console isn’t working. I am under the impression this is the one attached to the cigarette lighter fuse, since aux power 20 amp is attached to the one on the left. I checked the fuse it is not blown using my multimeter checking for power across where fuse goes I’m getting -1 volt. What can it be?
