so i replaced the oil pump pick up tube oil pressure sensor have power to the wires for the sensor still nothing on the gadge still says low oil pressure there was metal in the pan i did replace a couple berrings that was rough looking. i checked the pressure on my oil gadge nothing on the gadge rev the motor up and i get pressure so lost hear can anyone help!!!

Could possibly be grounding out somewhere? Constant voltage straight to the frame keeping it from hitting the gauge. If the wires all look good, then there’s a problem with the computer, or the cluster. Chances are the cluster’s servo isn’t getting a secure connection somewhere in the wiring. Follow the wires from the computer (using the owner’s manual) all the way to the sensor you replaced. If none of these work, you got a faulty sensor. Hope this helps!!
