Everytime it rains, if I dare jump on the highway, feels like my whole back end is about to slide out and I have no control over the truck. When I’m on a hill (no rain) at a stoplight, as soon as I push the gas the left tire starts spinning and burnng rubber. I have brand new Kuhmo road ventures on back and Cooper discovers ms on front. Also if your turning or veering while going over a bump, it feels as if it’s just ready to slide away from you. I had a mechanic just slightly inspect the shocks or springs, said they look fine. But I know something isn’t right !!!! Any ideas. Its a 2004 Chevy silverado 1500 extended cab. 2wheel drive.
What’s your air pressures?
51 psi
any weight in the ass end? Pretty light back there.
Nothing but a toolbox and a spare tire.
Just checked the air pressure, its at 35 psi for both back tires….. the max the tire can hold is 51 psi
