2003 GMC SIERRA noise

      I attached a video of the noise my truck starting making. It makes the noise regardless of gear. It doesn’t matter if my a.c. is on or not. Upon opening my hood I also noticed that my AC was frozen but not frozen over. This might be completely unrelated. Pardon my ignorance. Thank you for your help.
