Fans Don’t turn on when heater (will overheat ONLY with heater on) or nothing is on. However, they do with A/C or defrost on, but on low. I probed and used a scanner, during the process on the 3 relays. I can get the fans to turn on high when grounding and proving. Scanner says the sensors are in normal ranges. I was thinking it could be a ground issue, which I have not found, or a signal issue from the computer? I would rather fix it properly rather than run a lead to a toggle switch to turn the fans on and off. Please help. Oh it only runs hot with the heater on. I had a bad thermostat changed it and see no air bubbles in the coolant reservoir and have good flow from the Purge line to reservoir. Thank you
