My cadillac threw me a warning on the dash that said low oil presaure n was dinging to shut the engine off. Its says that my oil life is 76%. I just changed the oil almost 2000 miles ago. Can i use 15w 40 motor oil right now beacuse my oilis maybe a quart low? Just until i get paid. And if i can use it for now…will i have to change the oil when i put the oil it calls for in it. If it makes a difference my engine is the northstar 32 valve v8 4.6…please help thanks in advance
