I have an 07 suburban it decent condition with a good set of tires. I need to drive from Miami to New Jersey and wanted to take my suburban since rentals are expensive and I love my truck. I am having the fuel pump changed, canister changed, and the fuel lines are going to be tried to blow out since they’re clogged. Besides that, the truck has a new water pump and some other stuff done to it because when I purchased it, it was overheating and with all the repairs it’s been perfect. Should I spend the money on fixing the fuel pump and taking the truck on the trip instead of throwing away my money renting a car? I’m very torn. My suburban has 140k miles
