won’t start it does turn over. Turn the key off all the dash lights stay on unless I pull the ignition relay from underneath the hood. Need help please

There are a few easy tests you can try to help narrow the the issue. One would be to spray starting fluid in the air filter box. If it tries to start then you know it is a fuel related issue.
