Update: Five days back I got An e-mail from the GM support team stating that they would Like to have my phone number so they could talk to me about my order, replied to the e-mail but no call yet! But I was able to get in touch with a customer relationship specialist at 1-800-462-8782. I was told that my truck had been built but had no more info.
Come on GM let Us track our orders, it is an Awesome 40 to 60 days of tracking and looking up all the different codes to see our build go through all the stages of production.
This is my sixth automobile I have ordered and the first I have not been able to TRACK my self.
Last year ordered a 10th Anniversary Jeep Wrangler and was able to track my order from day one.
It wasn’t the best tracking system but it gave us the info we needed.
Come on “GM” let us have a working tracking system so we can enjoy this experience!
