I have a 2012 GMC Terrain SLT that I just purchased. My issue is the push to talk button typically does not respond. I was able to pair my phone to the vehicle fine and everything operates accept the push to talk button on the steering wheel which is unresponsive. This a.m., I deleted the paired phone from the vehicle, did a factory reset on the radio and it said “Speech Recognition Not Available”. Any idea what’s causing this?
