OK, I found a fix for getting the iPod Classic to work. Plug the Apple USB cable into the console, but do not plug it into the iPod. Start the car, turn on the iPod and plug the iPod into the USB cable. MyLink will now recognize the iPod every time. Any other way and MyLink will not recognize the USB connection.
