Has anyone from GMC responded to this problem? I have the same problem as Aquatee. Both my 2012 Chevrolet Volt and my 2012 GMC Terrain will no longer recognize my Ipod Classic. When I plug it in, it says No Files Found. If I click the okay button, the ipod switches off and it goes back to the radio. If I do not click the OK button, the ipod will play, but I can only control the songs through the ipod itself, not the radio.
I have changed the cable and reset the ipod back to factory settings, but nothing has resolved the problem. My Nano works perfectly in both cars, just not the Ipod Classic.
Any help would be appreciated.
