I posted this in another thread, but wanted to add a “Me too” to experiencing a problem very similar to Aquatree. While my error isn’t “No Files Found”, I am getting a similar black box with an OK button that disables the music playing through USB and switches back to radio.
The music starts playing fine in the background, but the “Please Try Again” black box pops up shortly after. I am able to change songs and it will work fine, but adjusting the volume or pressing OK turns of the USB connection and switches back to the radio. Very frustrating, as this is the primary way I listen to music in my Cruze.
