I bought a 2013 Buick Lacrosse eAssist in November 2013. I am having the same issue with the fuel gauge not going to full. It is very frustrating and does not provide the gas mileage that Buick promised with the eAssist model. More frustrating is that fact that this has been a known problem to Buick but the dealership does not mention it when you are purchasing the car.
What needs to be heard by Buick / GM to get this problem fixed? I have contacted Customer Care only to be told “okay” and answer a series of meaningless questions.
Buick, FIX IT ALREADY. Unlike your fuel gauge, I am having to make FULL car payments each month.
