As far as I know, all of those parts are official GM accessories and can be ordered through a Chevy dealer using the parts catalogue.
For some reason, the body kit isn’t available to browse online at the GM Accessories Zone (link below), perhaps Chevy/GM haven’t placed it on the accessories site yet.
