@sam I agree with you that GM needs to offer a vehicle tracking solution from the factory. But not doing so is far from what caused GM its troubles. Rather, it was crappy product (that no one wanted to track) 😉 At this point, I think the only automaker that used to make such a solution available to customers is VW; everyone else doesn’t as far as I know.
