I’ll admit, I don’t know anything about Ford, I’ve never owned one. In fact I’ve only ordered 1 car in 1969 from factory. All the rest were either used or new off the lot. As far as the bail-out–I worked for AT&T , and knowing how big company’s talk a big story on customer satisfaction, but as far as preforming this goal falls fall short. And after all–customers is what can make or break any company. When a company can do something that makes a customer happy and it cost nothing to do it and they don’t do it, in fact go out of their way not to do it then deserve to have hard times.
