Hylton,
I’m not sure who you are, I also (in my search for way to track order) heard of a “Larry” that was involved in this GMconnects. I just want to thank you for your efforts. If I’m not mistaken, there was no money involved for your efforts. But even if there was, that’s the American way. Identify a need, and provide a solution. Hell I could see paying for the access to track my order. Like I said stating this discussion, Now that I know how GM cares for it’s customers, next time Ford will be given first choice. Who knows, maybe that why Ford is only American car company that didn’t need a bail-out!
