My guess was that they probably want to make it a standard equipment because not everybody cares about being E85 Ethanol because it’s not that big of a deal about it. So it’s kinda worthless of just putting those badges (I think). And this goes for if it’s a Hybrid or any kind of alternative vehicle. Not all customers understand EREV, Hybrid, Plug-ins, etc. They just want to save gas or to sound cool about it even though E85 doesn’t save that much on gas but it’s an alternative fuel.
