@wssmit1 That’s very strange. Not sure this is a carrier-based issue — it’s either the infotainment unit, or the handset. Let’s try this:
– Is there a setting in your Droid/Google Maps to output voice nav instructions via Bluetooth Audio?
– If not, is there any way you could try using a different nav app and see if the issue persists? Or maybe try using a different handset.
The latter step would let us know if it’s the 1) software/app, 2) your device, or 3) the Equinox’s infotainment unit.
