Can I have your VIN so I can see what audio system you have? I have checked http://www.gmtotalconnect.com/compatible-devices/?make=GMC&year=2012&model=Terrain&radio=Gen%209 and it is not showing the Galaxy S II to be compatible with downloading contacts.
Please advise.
