I don’t keep things of great value in the car. The less I see of the car as a “mobile livingroom”, the less I feel safe leaving things in the car.
Dunno. The sight of a lock on the glove box is probably slightly more inviting to those choose to break into cars than one without a lock……and if you’re going to treat your car like a livingroom, you’ll make it more appealing to others as well.
