@aza993a The ATS will make a great addition, but it will come at a price, especially when you consider that the base engine in the ATS will be the 2.5 N/A ECOTEC.
The Cruze must get a more powerful engine option. This is the one thing I came away with after driving one for a year. It’s pretty much a perfect car (handling, styling, NVH, tech) except for the inability to get a more powerful engine for those that want it.
