Thanks Brandon! The field engineer finally made it out to the dealership and wouldn’t look at it because it had re-manufactured parts on it. So my insurance state farm authorized putting brand new factory components on the all wheel drive system and if that doesn’t work, then state farm is going to total out my 2010 SRX as a full loss.
