The dealer gave me Document ID: 2519009 # PIP4693D for DTC P1400- Due To Low Fuel Volatility.
Condition : Cold rough running/SES light when cold starting
Recommendation: change fuel brand or switch to 87octane.
It notes that: Slight spark knock may be noticed with 87 octane. This is not a good answer from GM.
It also notes that this PI superseded to include results of the previously mentioned investigation Please discard PIP4693C
