Re: How comfortable are the seats in the Chevy Cruze?

Tom — having personally driven the Cruze for a year, I can’t say that I found anything wrong with the seats. My Cruze was the 2LT, which had leather-upholstered seating — and I had no complaints. They weren’t in any way too thin, or uncomfortable.

That said, the longest I spent in the car was 3 hours (or so)… so 13 hours might have revealed other findings.

Now, a bigger concern on long road trips — as far as comfort goes — might be the Cruze’s center armrest. It doesn’t adjust upward, making it rather useless on long trips. By comparison, the 2013 VW Jetta — it saddens me to say — has an armrest that’s leaps and bounds better than that of the Cruze: it slides and locks (usably) forward, and it adjusts upward (or downward) — making long trips a breeze.
