Have your battery tested with a load tester to determine if it is ok. Many auto parts stores will do this for free in hopes of selling you something. I would suggest going to more than one store to get a 2nd or 3rd opinion to make sure they are not just trying to sell you a new battery or alternator. Then if you need a new battery, go pay the premium price and buy an AC Delco battery.
Until you do this its all a guessing game. But one thing to keep in mind, cheap batteries are just that, made cheap and often have a high failure rate.
