Yes the wrangler segment is not very profitable and Chrysler only makes money on it because the old platform that the wrangler is on is a gold mine, building a new platform similar to the wranglers would be really expensive considering the low volume, even though the truck would probably be superior to the wrangler in all aspects, it wont make money, especially without the reputation the wrangler has.
It would make a really nice addition to GMC and help define the brand.
