I purchased a 2012 Equinox in September, and I have been trying to use the “My Chevrolet” app on my Iphone. I have not been able to get my profile set up, Preferred dealer set-up, I live in Northern Canada, we only have one dealer. The options are
1. use current location
2. search by postal code
3. search by dealer name
I have tried all 3, several times and the error response I keep getting is “Invalid Data Input.”
I went to my dealership and they said it must be privacy settings on my phone, I went to Bell and they said there was nothing in my privacy settings that would not allow this app to work.
Please help!!
