I want to go on record as being very disappointed about no mylink in my Equinox as well. I had the dealer order my 2012 LTZ straight from tthe factory and I picked it up in mid March. Still no mylink is present and the dealer seemed to be confused about when it would be available also. Seems to me that GM needs to do something for those of us who bought a car expecting it to have mylink and finding out that it does not and will not be upgradable. I hear when mylink is available it is now going to be an option and cost more. I would be fine paying more if that was even an option but now I am stuck with the infotainment system. GM should do a recall and any Volt or Equinox that did not get the mylink system should have one installed in place of the infotainment system at the cost of GM. This is my first GM car and possibly my last if something is not done about the false advertising.
